Owner and operator of Melbro Excavations with 20 years experience in civil construction and earthworks, working on sites in New Zealand, Victoria and Western Australia.

Brendon prides himself on an extremely high standard of work and employees operators that align with this standard and have a sound knowledge of the industry.

In his spare time he is a committed family man who enjoys fishing, travelling, caravanning and exploring.

Taking care of human resources and ensuring Melbro Excavations runs as smoothly as possible. I take great pride in looking after our employees the best that I can as they are the reason our company is recognized for our high standard of work.

I do my best to support my husband in the operation of the company and in our spare time nothing beats exploring and travelling with our little family.

Started in the industry in New Zealand before making the move to the Wild West in 2011. I take pride and commit myself to producing high quality work, I am always eager to share my experiences and learn new skills along the way. I've been on numerous high scale resource & government projects but to be apart of a family friendly company working alongside the Melbro Excavations team would be at the top of the list.

I enjoy exploring the outdoors making memories with family and friends while laughing over a few cold ones.

I started in the civil industry after the 2011 earthquakes in Christchurch, NZ. Started out as a pipe layer working my way through the ranks to foreman/operator. I moved to Perth in 2022. I strongly believe that pride in my work and presentation is very important to provide a high quality product for our clients. Working with the Melbro team has given me an awesome work family with the environment and support that is provided for us.

In my spare time I love adventuring the outdoors or spending time with friends and family!!
